Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has taken her marital crisis with Senator Ned Nwoko to a dramatic new level, issuing a fiery warning that she may expose damaging secrets about the influential politician, including alleged land grabbing, fraud, and even murder.
In a series of emotional posts shared on her Instagram Stories early Monday, the actress accused her estranged husband of trying to destroy her reputation both publicly and privately. Regina said she is exhausted from what she described as years of manipulation and control.
“Ned, can you actually leave me alone? Why are you trying so hard to ruin me publicly and privately? You know in my part of the world, reputation equals money. The media loves entertainment and I am an entertainer, but I’m tired,” she wrote.
Regina, who married Nwoko as a teenager, claimed he “trapped” her life since she was 17 and is now fighting for her freedom. She insisted she carried the burden of admitting to drug use, but accused the senator of trying to weaponize the confession against her.
The latest clash follows a controversial medical report that allegedly showed the actress tested positive for hard drugs. The hospital later denied issuing such a report, but Nwoko’s camp maintained it was authentic, claiming she tested positive for substances including cocaine, marijuana, morphine, and opiates.
His representatives further alleged that her siblings disrupted efforts to rehabilitate her, insisting the senator acted only to safeguard Regina and their two children.
In her rebuttal, Regina doubled down, alleging that Nwoko introduced her to ecstasy (Molly) to enhance their sexual relationship. She claimed the drug reduced instances of what she described as rape within the marriage, accusing Nwoko of preferring “wild and erotic” encounters aided by Viagra which she said repeatedly caused his blood pressure to spike.
“I have rushed you to the hospital countless times because of this,” she wrote.
In the most alarming part of her outburst, Regina threatened to expose deeply damaging allegations if he continues to “harass” her.
“If you don’t leave me alone, I’m going to dig and spill everything — whether murder case, land grabbing, fraud, etc. As the father of my kids, I know you are not sound health-wise and I don’t want to send you to your early grave,” she warned.
All eyes are now on Senator Nwoko as Nigerians await his response to the actress’s explosive claims.
