Serenity Royale Hospital has refuted claims that it issued a medical report alleging Nollywood star Regina Daniels tested positive for multiple hard drugs.
In an official statement released on Wednesday, the hospital said it became aware of a “Mid Term Home Detox Report” circulating on social media, purportedly from its facility and linked to the actress. The management made it clear that the document did not originate from them and urged the public to disregard it.
The hospital stressed its unwavering commitment to medical confidentiality and professional ethics, noting that it upholds strict standards in handling patient information.
The disclaimer comes after a detailed document surfaced online, alleging that Regina who has recently faced drug-related accusations from her husband, Senator Ned Nwoko tested positive for cocaine, marijuana, morphine, opiates, and high levels of alcohol.
The viral report, falsely attributed to Serenity Royale Hospital and allegedly signed by its Managing Director, claimed the actress underwent a detox programme between September 9 and October 15, 2025. It further alleged that a psychological emergency team was summoned to the Nwoko residence after Regina reportedly stayed awake for 48 hours and became aggressive during an argument.
According to the fake document, clinicians assessed her for agitation, anger, and an “elated and evasive” mood, leading to a supposed diagnosis of substance use disorder and home-based detox treatment. Family members were allegedly advised on how to support her recovery.
However, with the hospital now distancing itself from the publication, the authenticity of the circulating report has been completely debunked.
This comes amid renewed tension in the Nwoko household, as Ned’s other wife, Laila, had earlier accused Regina of drug abuse—claims the actress strongly denied.
Hospital Statement (Excerpt):

We wish to state clearly that the publication did not emanate from us and respectfully request the public to disregard same.
