A four-vehicle accident occurred this Sunday morning on the Third Mainland Bridge, near the Adekunle section inward Iyana Oworo.
The crash happened at approximately 11:30 AM on the slippery road surface. One person sustained injuries in the collision.
The Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) officials immediately arrived at the scene to manage traffic and begin the evacuation of the affected vehicles.
Normalcy Restored
By 11:58 AM, the situation was completely resolved. The injured person was promptly taken to a hospital for treatment, and all four vehicles involved were removed from the location. Traffic flow on the Third Mainland Bridge has now returned to normal.
Motorists are advised to be cautious behind the wheel, especially during periods of slippery road conditions.
