The tension and emotions ran high on Sunday night during the live eviction show of Big Brother Naija Season 10, as two housemates, Denari and Tracy, saw their journeys come to an end after seven weeks in the house.
Denari, 27, was the first to be called out by host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu. In an unexpected twist, the young housemate appeared visibly excited rather than heartbroken, smiling and waving as he made his exit from the competition.
Moments later, Tracy, the vibrant contestant from Anambra, was announced as the second evictee of the night. Her departure drew mixed reactions from fellow housemates and fans who had followed her lively presence since the beginning of the season.
With their exits, the number of housemates battling for the highly coveted ₦150 million grand prize has now been trimmed down to 17.
But while two housemates bowed out, one stood out in victory. Faith Adewale emerged as the “Most Influential Player” of the week, a title earned through outstanding performance in tasks as well as recognition from fellow housemates. The reward for this coveted title is immunity, meaning Faith will not face possible eviction in Week 8.
The announcement drew cheers from her fellow housemates, further solidifying her influence within the house as she continues to build her fan base outside.
With only weeks left before the finale, the competition inside the Big Brother Naija house is heating up, and fans can expect more twists, drama, and surprises as the journey to the grand prize continues.
