Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing Sunday recently experienced a frightening incident at her Lekki residence but thankfully escaped without injury.
The movie star took to her Instagram story to share a video of the moment the POP ceiling in her compound came crashing down. The footage showed the wreckage of the ceiling, which had collapsed dangerously close to her parked car.
Expressing shock, Nkechi revealed she had never witnessed such an occurrence before. She admitted she was left wondering what might have happened if the collapse had occurred inside her house or directly on her car outside.
Sharing her thoughts with fans, she wrote:
“Come to lekki they said. Tnk God no be inside house and my new car no Dey there…wetin I for talk abeg? It’s well with una lekki developers.”
Her post has since sparked conversations online, with many sympathizing with her close call while also criticizing the substandard construction work often linked to developers in the Lekki area.
Despite the scare, Nkechi reassured fans that she was safe and grateful the incident did not result in any damage to her new car or harm to anyone around.
