Julio Foolio Murder: Alleged Killers Arrested, Two Suspects Still Wanted

Three people have been arrested in connection with the murder of Julio Foolio: Alicia Andrews, Isaiah Chance, and Sean Gathright; two more suspects, Rashad Murphy and Davion Murphy, are wanted.

The Tampa Police Department and the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office announced that their investigation had uncovered five suspects who collaborated to plan and carry out the elaborate murder plot against Charles Jones, also known as ‘Julio Foolio.

So far, three people have been arrested: Isaiah Chance, Alicia Andrews, and Sean Gathright. The remaining two suspects, who police believe committed the shooting alongside Gathright, are still on the loose.

All are facing charges of murder and conspiracy to commit murder.

According to the Tampa Police Department, on June 22, 2024, all five suspects drove from Jacksonville to Tampa in two separate vehicles to find and kill Jones in retaliation for an ongoing rival gang feud in Jacksonville.

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office has documented Charles Jones as a “6 Block” gang member in Jacksonville.

The 6 Block gang has a long-running feud with two other allied street gangs, “ATK” and “1200”.

Isaiah Chance is a documented ATK member. Rashad Murphy is a documented 1200 gang member, while Davion Murphy is a documented 1200 gang associate.

Foolio was celebrating his birthday when he was attacked outside a bar in Jacksonville, Florida.

According to the police, the woman, Alicia Andrews, helped set up Foolio, and Sean Gathright was one of the people who shot the rapper.
