Stephen Spoonamore, a data scientist and technology expert, has sparked significant attention following his viral “duty to warn” letter and analysis of the 2024 U.S. presidential election.

Spoonamore claims to have uncovered statistical anomalies involving “bullet ballots” — ballots where voters select only one candidate, typically in the presidential race, while leaving the rest of the ballot blank.

In a detailed video shared on YouTube, Spoonamore explained the concept and his concerns:

A bullet ballot is a real, physical ballot where someone only votes in one race, often for the president. But based on my analysis, there are discrepancies in swing states that suggest these ballots might not actually exist as claimed.

Spoonamore theorized a sophisticated manipulation involving electronic poll books (ePoll books) and tabulators.

He suggested that data from ePoll books, potentially accessible via networks like Starlink, could have been exploited to project vote deficits.

According to him, this data may have been used to fabricate bullet ballots for specific candidates, primarily Donald Trump, in swing states such as Arizona and Nevada.

To emphasize the irregularities, Spoonamore compared these states to neighboring ones like Utah and Idaho, which share similar media markets but reported significantly lower rates of bullet ballots.

In states like Utah, less than 0.1% of voters typically cast incomplete ballots, making the alleged swing-state trends highly unusual.

Spoonamore explained the potential scope of such manipulation by drawing parallels to operations he has led in other sectors. He recounted instances where devices, while functioning normally, were simultaneously performing hidden tasks, suggesting how similar tactics could be used in election systems.

He called for a hand recount of ballots in key swing states to verify his findings:

“Let’s hand recount some ballots. If these numbers hold up, we’ll see clear evidence. If not, we’ll know something unusual happened.”

While Spoonamore’s assertions remain unverified, there have been heated debate on social media.
