Nigerian rapper Tochukwu Ojogwu, better known as Odumodublvck, has opened up about why he took a shot at President Bola Tinubu in his track ‘Vex.’ According to the self-acclaimed Industry Machine, his decision was driven by unwavering loyalty to the 2023 Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi.

In a post on his X handle (formerly Twitter) on Thursday, Odumodublvck revealed that his diss track had earned him significant backlash. Now, he’s calling on Obi to show some love in return by promoting his upcoming album, “The Machine Is Coming.”

“Peter Obi, I even dissed Tinubu for you. Now, because of you, people are spitting on me and my legacy,” he lamented.

In what seemed like a mix of jest and sincerity, the rapper urged Obi to rekindle their friendship by endorsing his project.

“Tweet The Machine Is Coming to rekindle and redeem our friendship, sir,” he added. “Do not listen to them. Listen to your heart. The Machine Is Coming.”

So far, Peter Obi has not responded to the plea, leaving fans wondering if he will acknowledge Odumodublvck’s loyalty or let the rapper’s call go unanswered.
