The real story is that Drogba, 46, attended Monday night’s gala in Paris with his girlfriend, Gabrielle Lemaire, where he co-hosted the event.
During the ceremony, Gabrielle had a minor mishap with journalist Sandy Heribert, who was presenting the Ballon d’Or awards alongside Drogba.
As Sandy extended her dress for a photo, it nearly brushed Gabrielle’s face, prompting her to duck out of the way.
