AG Andrew Bailey Sues Biden Administration Over Immigrant Flights Into Missouri

Missouri AG Andrew Bailey is filing a lawsuit against Joe Biden and Kamala Harris for refusing to turn over documents related to illegal immigrants flying into Missouri.

He tweeted; “I am filing suit against @JoeBiden and @KamalaHarris for REFUSING to turn over documents about the flying of illegal immigrants into Missouri.”

He added; “We have reason to believe they are deliberately flying illegal aliens from the border into our cities.”

Missouri AG said this won’t happen on his watch.

He added; “A secure border is not a foreign concept to me. I secured the Iraq-Syrian border during the War on Terror to ensure the integrity of elections there. If Iraq can secure its elections during war time, the United States can secure its elections in 2024.”

This comes just a few weeks after Andrew Bailey announced that the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri had granted his motion to block what he called President Biden’s latest illegal student loan handout scheme.

Bailey stated that Congress never gave Biden the authority to saddle working Americans with half a trillion dollars in other people’s debt, and that this is a significant victory for the Constitution.

Bailey told FOX Business exclusively that it is a significant victory for the rule of law.

“The Constitution makes clear that Joe Biden does not get to thwart Congress when it suits his political agenda. The Constitution will continue to mean something as long as I’m Attorney General,” Bailey said.

Bailey stated that his lawsuit targeted what the federal government calls the “SAVE” Plan, which would have cost Americans $475 billion – $45 billion more than its previous illegal student loan plan. The Court’s order prevents the student loan handout from taking effect on July 1.

“I will not stand by while Joe Biden attempts to illegally saddle working Missourians with Ivy League debt,” Bailey claimed.
